Hand-decorated gloss paper

I used Tim Holtz ink and a dauber to decorate this glossy paper.  Note:  the ink takes a while to dry.

Here's another tip:  instead of attaching metal brads, use Stickles or a Viva Pearl Pen to make brad-like embellishments.
